The Phantom 4 definitely redefines the definition of a flying camera. With features such as ActiveTrack, obstacle avoidance, longer flight times, higher speed, and advanced technology, Phantom 4 is a force to reckon with. It can be said without doubt that DJI Phantom 4 has transformed the flying experience and made it more enticing and enthralling.
With an advanced stereo Vision Positioning System (VPS), Phantom 4 can hover with sheer precision. This means that there won’t be any need for satellite positioning support. The Tap to fly feature enables Phantom 4 to go up in the air with merely double taps.
There is a Smart Return Home feature that enables the drone to come back to its original position by a simple tap. There is a visual tracking system that makes the drone to follow any object with fair ease and simplicity. A larger battery enables it to have a flight time of up to 28 minutes.
Phantom 4 Pro
Its body is made of magnesium and alloy; both make the aircraft more durable, lightest, and most reliable than many others in the market. The flight time of Phantom 4 Pro is up to 30 minutes. A 1-inch 20-megapixel sensor is fixed with an uprated camera – it means that it is able to shoot Burst Mode stills at 14 fps and 4K/60fps video in paramount-quality.
It has a great feature of 5-Direction of Obstacle Sensing and a control range of 4.3mi (7km). It comes with a remote controller that has a built-in screen (A 5.5in 1080p and 1000 cd/m2 of brightness). There is the use of Lightbridge technology in this aircraft. The operating frequency is 2.4 GHz/5.8 GHz. The Max. Video Recording Resolution is 4K 60fps.
Phantom 4 Advanced
It was launched few months after Phantom 4 Pro, and one can say that it is almost identical to the later version. Yes, there was some essential tweaking with it, but overall it has almost the same features as the Pro version. The weight of this aircraft (Battery & Propellers Included) is 1368 g in comparison to 1388 g of Phantom 4 Professional. The flight time is same (approx. 30mins), and it uses Forward and a Downward vision system (Phantom 4 Pro also uses Backward Vision System). It uses a sensor for Front Obstacle Avoidance and camera is same as the Pro version, 1-inch 20-megapixel sensor. Here, Lightbridge technology is also used just like Phantom 4 Professional. The operating frequency is 2.4 GHz. The Max. Video Recording Resolution is 4K 60P. All in all, it is fair to say that there are just some minor modifications, but both of them are almost the same.
